Main Ingredients

Trim the ends and chop the okra into pieces.

Cook the okra in oil till they are bright green and cooked.

Add oil in a pan and add the spices and tempering ingredients.

Add the onions and cook them down.

Add the ground spices and mix well.

Add the tomatoes and cook them down.

Add the cooked okra and kasoori methi.

Mix everything well.

Serve immediately with roti or paratha.
