Main Ingredients

Add diced fruits and nuts in a glass bowl.

Add sparkling cider to the diced nuts and fruits.

Drain the nuts and fruits and set both aside.

Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Add milk, vinegar and oil to a mixing bowl and whip.

Add in soaking liquid and orange extract.

Add brown sugar and mix everything well.

Transfer the dry ingredients and mix them well.

Add the soaked nuts and fruits and fold them in.

Add the batter to a greased cake pan and bake at 350 F.

Bake for 40-45 minutes and remove from mold once cool.

Enjoy the cake, topped with powdered sugar.
