Add the sticks and freeze overnight.
Slowly unmold the popsicles, top with edible glitter and confetti and enjoy immediately!
- Use Greek yogurt for best results. Regular yogurt yields popsicles that have water frozen to ice. Thus it will not make perfectly smooth popsicles.
- To change the flavor, add other syrup like saffron, khus khus etc. This makes different flavor shrikhand popsicles.
- Remember that the sugar mellows down as the popsicles freeze. So if the mix tastes slightly sweet, it will be perfect once frozen!
- These popsicles stay well when stored in airtight container in the freezer for 4-5 days. Alternatively store them in individual plastics or on parchment paper and freeze till ready to serve.
