In a bowl add yogurt, sugar and chaat masala.
Whip till it comes together to a smooth mix. Set aside.
In a plate arrange the mini kachoris. Make a hole in the top covering but not through the entire kachori.
Add diced onions and tomatoes in each kachori.
Then add the seasoned yogurt to each kachori.
Next add the three chutneys as per taste.
Then add the toppings like sev, pomegranate, cilantro, chaat masala and red chili powder.
Serve immediately.
- The recipe is best enjoyed fresh. Once made, it starts to turn soggy because of the yogurt and chutneys. If serving at a party, assemble this last.
- This version is made using whole kachoris as they are tiny. If using full size kachoris, cut it into pieces before assembling the chaat.
- The toppings can be changed based on preferences. I have used the ones most people enjoy with their chaat recipes.
