A comforting bowl of Creamy Celery Soup; silky, flavorful and full of good for you things! Make this with all the add-ins; or modify it to be Vegan, low fat or as you like.

- Celery - Spinach - Aromatics - Cream - Water - Oil

Main Ingredients

Heat oil and butter in a pan.

Add garlic and ginger and sauté till fragrant.

Add onions and cook them down.

Add chopped celery and season with salt and pepper.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Check if the celery is cooked and turn down the flame.

Add spinach leaves and cool the soup.

Blend to a smooth consistency.

Transfer back to the pan using a fine mesh strainer.

Bring the soup to a gentle boil and turn off the flame.

Fry some celery leaves in hot oil and drain.

Serve the soup topped with whipping cream, leaves and pepper.
