On a slice of bread spread some butter and cilantro chutney.
Place puris on it in a single layer.
Top with diced onions, boiled potatoes and tomatoes.
Sprinkle some chaat masala, lemon juice and cilantro on it.
Add some sweet dates tamarind chutney and garlic chutney.
Then add some thin sev on top.
Place another slice of bread with butter and cilantro on it.
Spread some butter on top and toast till crisp.
Spread some butter on top, sprinkle sev and chutney.
Cut into pieces and enjoy with ketchup and cilantro chutney.
